All website content, for example images, text, design, graphics, logos etc is the property of Roc Gallery & Print Studio and affiliated artists.  The purchase of / and access to Gallery Images carries the copyright of the artist and is not permitted for reproduction.

Your Account

Your personal access and login to the website is your responsibility to protect, and you understand that Roc Gallery & Print Studio will not take responsibility for activities that occur under the use of your account.

Minors

We welcome all browsers on our website, however person’s under the age of 18 may only use the website for purchasing with the authorisation and supervision of an adult.

Ordering Process

We aim to process your order and make ready for delivery within 7 days.  This, however varies (when printing your own material) as it is dependant on the requirements and time taken to authorise particular aspects of your order (where particular cropping / editing is required at your request).

File Upload

When uploading or emailing a file you agree to;

• Not use the service to send junk, spam, chain or any other unsolicited mail or documents.
• Not to send files containing obscene, defamatory or unlawful images or content.
• Not to send files containing viruses, worms or any other corrupting material.

Images by Post or Hard Copy

Please note when using non digital formats Roc Gallery & Print Studio are not responsible in any way for loss or damage in transit or for the item in our possession.  It preferred that you do not send originals.  

Gallery Images

Please note that cropping may vary per gallery image to fit the desired aspect.  The essence of the image will always remain the same.
