7. Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes we do. We deliver photos on canvas to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Darwin, Carins and all regional centres inbetween. We also deliver our photos on canvas to New Zealand and over seas. For overseas (ex NZ) deliveries please ask about our rolled canvas options (these will then need to be stretched at their destination).
8. How big can my photo on canvas be?
We make all of our photo on canvas products in-house so that you can have any size you want - up to 1.4m x 3m.
9. Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available in denominations of $10, $20, $50 or $100 to be redeemed on any canvas printing product or service offered and have a 1yr lifespan.
10. What resolution or mega pixel do I need for my photo on canvas?
Many people will tell you that you need a minimum mega pixel or resolution to get a good print. This is not true; the quality of the image is equally determined by the quality of the camera (if digital) or film and the lens. Therefore a low mega pixel (resolution) image from a high quality camera will produce as good an image reproduction as a high mega pixel (low resolution) low end camera. We have also successfully used images from your mobile phone.
If you are unsure of the suitability of your image please use our free canvas print quote form and our photo editor will be able to advise you on appropriate sizing.
11. Do you do photo restoration?
Yes. There is a charge of $44/hr for photo restoration. You can be amazed by what can be done to restore damaged or faded photos. Please contact our photo editor for a quote.
12. You only have some sizes and prices listed. Can I get my photo on canvas in any size?
Yes you can. We do all our own custom framing so that you can get the size and shape that suites your image best. Simply upload your image with your details and we will advise you on what shape will suite your photo best. If you are in Brisbane you can come in and see us and our photo editor will crop / shape your image under your guidance to ensure that you get exactly what you want. Alternatily, you can access a full pricing schedule for Stretched Canvas and Paper Prints in 'Sizing and Pricing' (or click here for Stretched Canvas or here for Paper)
13. How long will my photo on canvas print last?
With the combination of inks, canvas and laminate that we use you should be able to enjoy your new canvas print for at least 80yrs.
14. Should I crop my image before I send it to you?
If you are after a special crop we suggest you send the desired crop you are after as well as the original. That way our photo editor can match your crop yet still allow for the wrap around the edges of the frame. If an image cannot be wrapped around the frame, a coloured border can be added to the picture to keep the image on the front of the canvas. Upload your picture to our photo editor to get an example of what your photo will look like.
15. Do you only print on canvas?
We love to print on canvas, but we also have range of paper, wall paper and even fabrics - which are great for making personalised cushion covers, curtains or quilting.
16. Can you make my picture Black and White, or Sepia?
Yes, our photo editor can turn your colour photo into a classic black and white, sepia or any filtered color at no extra charge. For ideas and examples of what is available please visit our canvas printing ideas page.

Yes we do. Depending on your style, our photo editor can create something special just for you.
